While not all of us have the luxury of being featured in Architectural Digest, we can certainly channel our inner celebrity and design guru and capture the essence of ourselves in our home through a stunning photoshoot.

Before her photoshoot, we did a Zoom consultation where I got to see the types of images she was drawn to on my website, and take a virtual look into her closet.

I’ve been creating groupings of portraits lately, and finding the process fascinating!

A woman over 50 is often ignored and under-appreciated.

She may feel stuck in disapproval of herself, feeling either too fat, wrinkled, tired, broke, depressed, under-accomplished, not enough…

I was gobsmacked by the beauty of a painting by Whistler, and set out to recreate it in a portrait.

Same pose, such different results with each person. Even within one family there is such a range of body types, body language and expression!

Kesha sees herself more as a nerd than a glamorous woman, so I gave her the chance to see this gorgeous side of her.

My job as a photographer is to help you feel comfortable, and reassure you that you will not be left out on a limb at anytime during your session with me.

This was one of the busiest seasons I’ve had, and I truly enjoyed every session. Here are some of the amazingly talented, smart, and just plain cool girls that I got to photograph.

Liz is a Go Red For Women national Spokeswoman, and a survivor of heart disease. Her mission is to inspire others to make healthy changes in their life, to lead a heart-healthy life.

Most of us need professional headshots for our social profile, and too many women settle for the basic dated corporate look. I say, it’s okay to embrace your beauty, and look professional at the same time.

This beautiful woman was gifted a Mother Daughter shoot by her husband for Mother’s Day. How wonderful is that! We added dad and the boys at the end of the shoot and got some fun family shots.

I think of myself as a fashion and celebrity photographer for every day people. We should each experience what it’s like to be a star for a day, why not!
