What a senior portrait session looks like

Meet Grace, class of ‘24.

Before her photoshoot, we did a Zoom consultation where I got to see the types of images she was drawn to on my website, and take a virtual look into her closet. She and her mom decided a shopping outing would help her have the variety she was looking for in a shoot. When she arrived for her shoot, she had the best wardrobe selection! I was a bit envious as she had shopped at one of my favorite stores, Anthropologie.

These images are among my favorite of Grace. Somehow a little black dress is always flattering, which can boost our confidence in front of the camera.

I love the look of white on white. It’s so light and ethereal!

Isn’t this an amazing combo?

This is the Anthropologie sweater that had me drooling. Such a gorgeous color, and it really brings out the green in her eyes.

The ruffles add so much texture, which really compliments the waves in her hair.

Weather permitting, I bring my high school seniors to an arboretum at the end of their shoots. This is an Anthropologie dress that suited the outdoor look perfectly.

At each photo reveal I show 25-30 fully retouched images, which the girls and their families can choose to purchase.

Grace went home with the 20 image package! She and her family were thrilled with her images, and I was delighted that I had delivered an experience and product that they will treasure for years to come.
