Imagine this: your home becomes the backdrop for a series of captivating images that showcase YOU! While not all of us have the luxury of being featured in Architectural Digest, we can certainly channel our inner celebrity and design guru and capture the essence of ourselves in our home through a stunning photoshoot.

I was gobsmacked by the beauty of a painting by Whistler, and set out to recreate it in a portrait.

Kesha sees herself more as a nerd than a glamorous woman, so I gave her the chance to see this gorgeous side of her.

My job as a photographer is to help you feel comfortable, and reassure you that you will not be left out on a limb at anytime during your session with me.

This was one of the busiest seasons I’ve had, and I truly enjoyed every session. Here are some of the amazingly talented, smart, and just plain cool girls that I got to photograph.

I created this image was created with a piece of chiffon, a fan and an assistant. When I showed it to a friend who is a dancer, she said through a gasp, THIS is how I want to be photographed.

I had two beautiful sisters in my studio last month. To stretch myself creatively, I decided to try for three unique shots of each girl, each wearing the same outfit – a lacy vintage dress.
