As my birthday approaches, I start to reflect on age and aging. In her new book Goddesses Never Age, Dr. Christiane Northrup says that aging is optional and has a lot to do with mindset. Great news! One thing she suggests, is to treat yourself like the goddess you are.

She even describes how her glamour photoshoot was a transformational experience, and recommends that we each do this for ourselves. I’d have to agree! Getting older does not mean we have to look older. The women in these photos are entering the bloom of their lives; they are vibrant and gorgeous, and deserve to exist in photos.
